    These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and services provided by Support4u Services Private Limited (the “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

    By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry, booking a discovery call, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

    1. Nature of Our Services

    Support4u Services Private Limited provides business process consulting, Zoho advisory, system design, implementation, and optimization services.

    Our services are delivered through a structured, consulting-led engagement model, which may include:

    • Zoho Business Process Blueprint (paid discovery)
    • Fixed-scope implementation engagements
    • Ongoing advisory and optimization retainers

    We do not provide generic software resale or on-demand technical support services.

    2. Discovery Calls and Initial Discussions

    Introductory discovery calls are exploratory in nature and intended to:

    • Understand your business context
    • Assess alignment with our consulting approach
    • Determine whether a formal engagement is appropriate

    Discovery calls do not include solution design, recommendations, or consulting deliverables.

    3. Zoho Business Process Blueprint (Paid Discovery)

    The Zoho Business Process Blueprint is a paid consulting engagement and serves as the foundation for any subsequent implementation or advisory work.

    Key points:

    • No implementation work is undertaken without completion of the Blueprint
    • The Blueprint defines scope, priorities, assumptions, and recommendations
    • Blueprint outputs are advisory in nature and based on information provided by the client
    • Completion of the Blueprint does not obligate either party to proceed with implementation.

    4. Implementation and Advisory Engagements

    Implementation and optimization services are delivered only under:

    • A mutually agreed written proposal or statement of work (SoW)
    • Defined scope, timelines, and milestones

    Any work outside the agreed scope will require formal change approval.

    We do not provide open-ended, unlimited, or time-and-materials services unless explicitly agreed in writing.

    5. Client Responsibilities

    To ensure effective delivery, clients agree to:

    • Provide accurate and complete information
    • Ensure availability of relevant stakeholders
    • Assign a single point of contact for decisions
    • Review and approve deliverables in a timely manner

    Delays caused by missing information or approvals may impact timelines.

    6. No Guarantees or Warranties

    While we apply professional expertise and best practices, we do not guarantee:

    • Specific financial outcomes
    • Business performance improvements
    • Software behavior outside documented platform capabilities

    All services are provided on a commercially reasonable, best-effort basis.

    7. Intellectual Property

    Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

    • Pre-existing methodologies, frameworks, templates, and tools remain the intellectual property of Support4u Services Private Limited
    • Client-specific deliverables may be used internally by the client
    • Redistribution or resale of consulting materials is not permitted without written consent

    8. Confidentiality

    Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of non-public business, technical, or commercial information shared during an engagement.

    This obligation survives termination of the engagement.

    9. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law:

    • Support4u Services Private Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
    • Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim

    10. Termination

    Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the terms defined in the applicable proposal or SoW.

    Termination does not waive payment obligations for work already performed.

    11. External Platforms and Third-Party Services

    Our services may involve third-party platforms, including Zoho and other tools.

    We are not responsible for:

    • Third-party platform outages
    • Licensing terms imposed by external vendors
    • Changes made by third-party providers

    12. Governing Law

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Courts located in Gurgaon, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

    13. Changes to These Terms

    We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
